Returns

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase of our stationery products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have implemented the following return policy to provide you with a seamless and hassle-free experience.

Returns:

Eligibility: We accept returns for items purchased directly from Pelargon Design within 15 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Initiating a Return: Please email us hello@pelargondesign.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds:

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Additional Information: Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
